This project involved the turnkey delivery of four 110kV power transformers for a regional grid expansion and reliability improvement program. The transformer design was customized according to local operating conditions, expected load development, and future network expansion requirements.
Our engineering team completed tailored electromagnetic and structural design work to support reliable performance in long-term service. During manufacturing, the transformers were built with high-grade electrical steel and insulation materials, followed by a comprehensive factory test program covering lightning impulse, temperature-rise, and partial-discharge testing.
In addition to equipment supply, our engineers provided on-site installation guidance and commissioning support to ensure effective integration with the substation system.
All four units have operated reliably for more than two years since energization, serving as important transmission and distribution assets within the regional power network. Their stable performance and energy efficiency have also received positive written feedback from the client.
