Design, Supply and Installation of the Siroch Bahrom 115kV Substation

The Siroch Bahrom 115kV substation was delivered as an EPC project supporting the modernization of the regional power network in southern Tajikistan. From initial site investigation through final commissioning, our team managed the project as an integrated engineering, procurement, and construction scope.

Work included site surveys, grid and system planning, primary and secondary system integration, and configuration of protection, control, and automation functions. We supplied the project’s major equipment, including GIS switchgear, main transformers, and relay-protection and control panels.

Despite the logistical and construction challenges associated with mountainous terrain, the project was completed with a modern operational platform featuring remote monitoring, intelligent diagnostics, and support for unattended operation.

Now in service, the substation improves supply reliability and power quality for the surrounding region. It also demonstrates our ability to deliver complete high-voltage substation solutions for complex international infrastructure projects.
