This 40MVA grid-side energy storage project marks an important step in our expansion into the European energy-storage market. Located in Bulgaria, it was delivered as a complete system-integration solution rather than a standalone container supply.
The solution combines battery packs, BMS and PCS equipment with grid-connection engineering, an Energy Management System (EMS), thermal management, fire-protection systems, and communication interfaces for coordination with the grid dispatch center.
Once commissioned, the system was designed to support multiple grid services, including frequency regulation, peak shaving, and improved renewable-energy utilization. By helping manage output fluctuations from wind and solar generation, the project strengthens grid flexibility, operational stability, and power-system safety.
This successful delivery also provides practical experience for future smart-grid and large-scale energy-storage applications across Southeast Europe.
