This 345kV / 250MVA fully insulated autotransformer project demonstrates our capabilities in the design and delivery of high-voltage, large-capacity power transmission equipment.
Given the demanding electrical requirements, the transformer was developed with advanced electric-field analysis to refine the insulation system and improve dielectric reliability. Low-loss core materials and optimized transposed conductors were applied to reduce no-load losses and support efficient long-term operation.
Before shipment, the transformer completed a comprehensive factory testing program, including extended induced-voltage testing with partial-discharge measurement. After international transportation to the project site, our senior engineers provided technical guidance for installation and oil processing.
The unit subsequently passed the on-site withstand-voltage test and was successfully energized and connected to the grid. The project reflects our integrated strengths in transformer engineering, precision manufacturing, quality testing, logistics coordination, and site commissioning.
