15MVA Pad-Mounted Transformer Project

For this project, we designed and manufactured a 15MVA pad-mounted transformer for the North American market, with the product specification developed to align with applicable U.S. standards, including UL and IEEE requirements.

The transformer features a sealed, fully insulated design intended to provide dependable operation with minimal maintenance. Depending on project requirements, the insulation system can use SF₆ gas or environmentally considerate insulating fluid. Its enclosed construction offers improved protection in demanding outdoor conditions, including flood-prone locations, while maintaining the compact appearance expected of pad-mounted equipment.

From material sourcing and component selection through manufacturing, testing, and certification, the project followed a quality-control process tailored to North American compliance requirements. It demonstrates our ability to deliver market-ready transformer solutions for international utility and infrastructure applications, while establishing a strong base for continued cooperation across North America.
